I'm passionate about everyone's mental health awareness. This topic should be taken seriously! Mental health matters because it is the key to happiness!

I love to help people. Whether that means giving advice or lending a shoulder to cry on, I like to be the one who can make an impact. Like some of you, I can also be a hot mess at times. I also battle with my mental health from time to time. You are not alone, and pain is not permanent.
