Who Am I?

Hello and welcome to my little corner of the universe! My name is Rosy G. and I am a film student who has always wanted to be a directior. I am also a shopaholic, love to travel and I have a serious addiction to coffee. I am on a journey to discover small and locally owned businesses in the Southern California area.

What does Pop Up! mean to me?

I started my small business journey during the first month of quarantine, in March 2020 when I noticed how many people had lost their jobs to due COVID-19.

It is truly a travesty and while big businesses took a small loss, it was small businesses who truly took the big hit. I decided to do my part and research small businesses in my area and I noticed just how many businesses were all over my city that I never even noticed, it was almost like they just popped up out of nowhere.

I want to do my part and bring attention to these businesses to not only help out the small business owners, but to help out my audience who is tired of visiting the same places and wants a change.
